Is SDK or protocol documentation available?

Will the scanner work with our WMS or ERP?
Compatibility depends on how the application accepts scanning data. Check whether keyboard input, a serial connection, BLE or an SDK is required, then test the selected device in the actual workflow.
Can you test our difficult barcodes?
Send representative barcode samples, their size and material, and the required working distance. Screen, reflective, damaged and DPM codes should be assessed with the appropriate scan engine.
What warranty applies?
Confirm the warranty period, covered components and exclusions for the selected model in the quotation and order. Scanner bodies, batteries and wear items may have different terms.
What information is needed for technical support?
